Iliad Terra, SK+I’s new Director of Interiors, is a visionary design thinker and thought leader who is developing the brand through the use of stories, blended design strategies, and Smart Technologies.
SK+I is a globally-minded, leading-edge design practice comprised of a talented group of architects from nearly 20 countries, representing more than 30 cities worldwide, working together in a creative studio in Bethesda. We infuse our projects with an innovative spirit, boundless curiosity, and a deep passion for what we do. As a collaborative design studio, we listen to our clients and together inject each project with creative and focused inspiration to produce dynamic design that delight.
Iliad Terra’s background consists of working with clients across many practice areas. He has traveled extensively, and widely, to Asia, Central America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and throughout the United States. Working with an exceptional team of architects, designers, and planners, Iliad plans to further leverage SK+I’s talent and experience as a market leader in multiple sectors including mixed-use,multi-family, corporate, hospitality, retail, and government.
Focusing on experiential and human-centric approach, Iliad states, “It’s exciting that at SK+I, we strive for meaningful design. Human beings are deeply social and draw wellness from being connected.
