Modera Midtown, a 29-story tower has topped out! The apartment community will bring a new level of luxury and style to the western edge of midtown. Located in the second largest business district in the city of Atlanta, Modera Midtown brings 435 greatly needed residential units to an area pockmarked with surface lots. Clad in metal panels, with a varied textured facades the buildings’ contemporary urban architecture elevates the formerly desolate strip.
