Brick, metal panels, exposed concrete and glass are combined to create a contemporary, urban feel. The slender, dynamic towers open to provide sweeping views of downtown Washington, DC. Both towers share a 2-story main lobby that is accessed from an intimate pedestrian and bicycle promenade which provides public outdoor green space and allows for resident drop off and connects residents to the larger community.
The project includes two modern 20-story residential towers that are constructed over and re-use an existing underground parking garage. The towers are separated to create an expansive courtyard that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
Light filled studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units offer open, flexible floor plans and feature floor to ceiling glass. The distinctive amenity package includes roof-top terraces, an exercise room, a club room and shared courtyard. Amenity spaces are designed to create both private areas for relaxation and gathering spaces for entertaining and connecting with other residents.
