Its design features a primarily brick exterior, accented with Hardie-plank, Hardie-panel, and Nichiha finishes, creating a modern yet durable façade. The mid-size massing harmonizes with neighboring multifamily buildings to the south while thoughtfully transitioning to the nearby single-family neighborhoods.
The seven-story, 369-unit residential building rises on a once-underutilized site adjacent to the Huntington Metro. Completed in 2023, it delivers a contemporary urban presence while respecting the surrounding community. The building includes a 474-space parking garage and encompasses approximately 393,000 gross square feet.
This project represents the final phase of a redevelopment vision approved in 2001 for a 60-acre parcel south of the station. Two decades in the making, the building brings much-needed housing density and architectural cohesion to the Huntington Metro area, furthering its evolution into a vibrant, transit-oriented community.
