Guclu Durusoy, AIA


Guclu Durusoy is an architect with a talent for urban design. His project expertise encompasses a variety of new construction project types, including multi-family residential and mixed-use, mid to high rise projects. In addition, he has experience with the alteration, addition, and renovation of existing structures. His attention to detail allows him to create unique and cost-effective designs and as Principal, his ability to manage complicated large-scale projects, implementation of building elements and systems, and his experience throughout all stages of design documentation makes him a crucial member of the SK+I team. His responsibilities include management, production, design, and coordination of multiple project types. Guclu’s work has received several awards including a Residential Design award by The Washingtonian Magazine and the Washington, D.C. chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
