Over the many years, she has grown into a leader in the firm and manages residential projects ranging from wood frame construction of single-family homes to high-rise concrete apartments. Valerie has been instrumental in creating many successful residential projects throughout the metropolitan area.

Eda Kaya, AIA has been promoted to Senior Associate. Eda Kaya joined SK+I in 2002 and has 25 years of experience in the industry. Eda also has a detailed understanding of LEED requirements and solid experience with green building certifications.

Robert Goodill, AICP has joined SK+I as a new Principal! Rob brings with him over 25 years of planning and urban design experience. He will be an integral part of the leadership and growth of SK+I’s Planning and Urban Design practice. A proponent of mixed-use, walkable urbanism, his work includes neighborhood revitalization, sprawl repair, and transit oriented development. As Rob has shown his ability to contribute to creative solutions with respect to difficult design problems, we look forward to his collaborative involvement in projects involving visioning, programming, planning and urban design.

Peter Alcivar joins SK+I as a Staff Architect. Peter received his Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America. Peter looks forward to working with SK+I and becoming an accomplished designer.
