The summer vibes at SK+I include promotions and new faces! We proudly celebrate the promotions of four individuals whom have brought their own unique, yet valuable, forces to SK+I.

Brian Dayhoff, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Director of CA Services

Brian has a total of more than 20 years architectural experience, and his knowledge of the build environment is an asset during the CA process. Our CA Department has continued to flourish and grow under Brian’s steadfast leadership. In the design studio, Brian uses his extensive experience to encourage SK+I to create smarter designs and programs. Brian has been instrumental in creating many successful mixed-use and residential projects throughout the metropolitan area including Apollo on H Street and Dock 79 located along the Southwest Waterfront.

Alejandra Colsa, Director of Interiors

With 20 years of experience, Alejandra has brought new life and leadership into the Interior Design practice. Her interests are understanding architecture and interior design in the developing world and to gauge how quality of life can be improved by the surrounding architecture. She is particularly passionate about how the built environment affects daily life and how it can improve it. Alejandra’s design talent and commitment to innovative, high-quality design ensures her ability to bring the client’s vision to life.

Tatiana Bendeck, Associate

Tatiana Bendeck, LEED AP has been promoted to Associate! Tatiana joined SK+I in 2019 and possesses more than 15 years of diverse experience in architecture, interior design, and planning with a focus on mixed‐use, transit‐oriented developments. As an urbanist, she is passionate about creating sustainable, integrated live‐work‐play‐learn environments. With a unique combination of managerial and technical expertise, business leadership, and project delivery experience, Tatiana has proven to be a versatile designer and project manager adept at developing strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Kim Nguyen, HR Coordinator

As SK+I continues to grow and evolve with the changing times, Kim will play a pivotal role in bringing new focus to our Human Resources practices and guidelines, as well as providing support to strengthen our recruiting, hiring, training, and employee benefit program efforts. She has been with SK+I for 6 years managing the front desk and helping with day-to-day operations of the office. She is excited for this new journey!
