Morse is located in the heart of the bustling Union Market neighborhood adjacent to Gallaudet University. The site was previously home to DC’s first Little Tavern. The restaurant building, will be restored as a historic landmark and remain at ground level. Morse is a 10-story residential building above two-story below grade garage with retail.
