Macy’s Redevelopment

This building will replace a longtime department store and vacant office building on N. Glebe Road with a 16-story, 553-unit apartment complex atop a grocery store. There will be 44,000 SF anchor grocery store on the ground floor with two levels of underground parking and one level of above grade parking. The units will be spread across two phased 14-story towers joined at the penthouse level.
