7340 Wisconsin Avenue

7340 Wisconsin is the site of a long-awaited infill, located between Montgomery Lane and Hamden Lane. The site, housing a vacant Exxon fuel station, was approved for development in 2020 and is currently in the design phase. The redevelopment proposal has residential and up to 5,000 SF of retail that will activate the street along Wisconsin.
