Valerie Hochman has 25 years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager in residential projects ranges from wood frame construction of single-family homes to high-rise concrete apartments. She has been with SK+I since 1999 and through the application of her extensive design skills and knowledge of the fundamental requirements of residential living, Valerie has been instrumental in creating many successful residential projects throughout the metropolitan area.

One of the challenges in the firm’s design of innovative housing typologies is to create spaces that feel comfortable, familiar and livable to prospective residents. Valerie’s expertise and approach to each residential project addresses this design challenge.

Valerie’s project responsibilities begin in the planning and schematic design phase, continue through design development and the crafting of construction documents and conclude at the completion of the construction administration phase.
