Toygun Mar is a Principal, design leader, and sustainability advocate. His experience spans over 20 years of diverse, international experience in the planning and design of large-scale, mixed-use projects for a variety of corporate, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and residential clients and developers of various sizes. Building on his vast and varied experience—extending the full spectrum of the building process from design to hands-on construction—Toygun has successfully managed several large-scale, mixed-use projects, spanning from Florida to New Jersey, throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and coupled with his vast and varied design and construction experience, he is a mentor and inspiration to his team.
He has the ability to develop and maintain a solid, repeat client base through providing excellent service and is adept at establishing a solid rapport with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, building officials, property, facilities managers, leasing agents, and the end-user. His highly collaborative and strategic approach allows him to exceed client expectations and ensure that all stakeholders achieve their project goals. Toygun believes that thoughtful design and the built environment have a profound effect on people’s day-to-day lives and is committed to sustainable architecture that results in smarter, more diverse, and connected neighborhoods.
