Lisa Newsome has nine years of experience specializing in multifamily, mixed-use design. She has been integral on the completion of numerous projects throughout the Washington, DC area including the Verge at Buzzard Point and Coda on Half in the Capitol Riverfront area. Her extensive knowledge of DC zoning regulations has led to many projects successfully navigating the ANC, BZA, and PUD processes. She actively participates in civic-oriented events focusing on resiliency and is cognizant of the impact, both subtle and overt, the built environment has on its future inhabitants.
