Christopher Huffer, AIA

Associate

Christopher Huffer manages the complexity of multifaceted mixed-use projects smoothly and generates workable and creative design solutions. In his five years with SK+I, Chris has developed a depth of knowledge and has become instrumental in design development and coordination of high and mid-rise, multi-family, mixed-use residential projects.

Christopher is involved in many facets of the project, from schematic design to the crafting of construction documents. He is a strong team player and collaborates and coordinates with project consultants and code officials. Chris enjoys the challenges of urban mixed-use development and looks for every opportunity to impact and improve each project.

Previously, Christopher worked with McCrery Architects and Wade Weissmann Architecture focusing on high end residential and ecclesiastical projects. He is involved in the community and volunteers his time and expertise with AIA|DC’s Architecture in the Schools Program, DCBIA’s Community Improvement Day, and Habitat for Humanity.

Christopher is a registered architect in Washington, DC.
