Brian Dayhoff, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Director of Construction Administration Services

Brian has been involved in all phases of high-rise, multifamily residential design, and building. He has more than 20 years of architectural experience and his knowledge of the built environment is an asset during the Construction Administration phase. His ability to solve problems at the site is unsurpassed. Brian has developed effective working relationships with General Contractors, facilitating design team communication and coordination in the resolution of Requests for Information, Construction Change Directives, and Change Orders. He serves as a resource for not only our in-house project architects and construction administration teams but also assists clients in decision-making processes during the construction phase.

His input on sustainable design is an important part of the design process and throughout the duration of the project. Working as a LEED consultant and/or closely with subcontracted LEED consultants, Brian understands the impact pursuing LEED accreditation has on the design process, construction documents, and specifications.
