Associate Principal

Andy Czajkowski is a collaborative designer, architect, and new urbanist with 20 years of experience in planning and design of complex, multi-stakeholder, urban infill and suburban reinvention projects. Andy has a passion for creating buildings and places that inspire individuals and support thriving communities.

Through careful observation, thoughtful analysis, and innovative thinking, Andy considers each project within the surrounding and seeks to raise the aesthetic and architectural bar of the community as a whole through design. Andy has a long history of using his creative problem-solving skills and his ability to navigate complex design challenges to meet his clients’ goals and exceed their expectations. Andy finds that pairing passion and a commitment to design excellence results in buildings and spaces that positively transform how individuals experience and are influenced by the built environment.
